My second time staying at one of Jake’s listings. The place is always clean and comfortable. Jake is always very responsive and I will always book with him when in town. Great location and parking isn’t an issue with Jake offering a parking pass which is so helpful. Lots to do in the area is a plus!

We had an amazing time and enjoyed how close and easy the valet parking garage was to use! Roof top was fun but windy. Would book again for sure!

Jake was an excellent host from start to finish! He was very quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable, and very well kept. You can tell he takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience. Jake was amazing and very helpful even when I picked wrong dates to book one of his places he accommodated me in a different apartment inside the same building so I won't lose my funds. the place was beautiful. I had questions he quickly responded so I definitely will be coming back thank you

My partner and I had an incredible stay in Philly and I big part of it was because of this location! Comfortable is an understatement to describe this place! We felt safe and the large window let in so much sunlight.

Very comfortable and well designed space. It felt good. Just be aware you're in the city if you're nose sensitive. I appreciated the kitchen & bathroom amenities that made it feel like home

The sound insulation is not very good, and the air conditioner can't be adjusted, but the staff said he would come and check it. I thought it would be enough for one day. In fact, the equipment should be checked in advance. The room is too cold.

I came last minute to Philly for a quick visit with my daughter, who is in college and needed some time and space away from the overstimulation of student life. I booked this less than an hour before I checked in and it was absolutely perfect for us. Sparkling clean, very convenient for parking, food, shopping etc.. Jake and his team were exceptionally responsive and flexible. I highly recommend this place!! You will not be disappointed.

We visited Philadelphia for a couple of days for sight seeing this week. We are glad to find Jake’s place to stay through Airbnb. The location was perfect, close to most major places we had planned to visit, walkable distance. The place was easy to find. The apt was well maintained, new, well furnished, amenities included, tv with streaming service included, very clean, spacious, relaxing and comfortable. Jake was always available whenever we messaged him. We had a really nice stay.

It was absolutely great me and my girlfriend enjoyed it to the fullest for the 2 days , clean , nice , and very peaceful and enjoyable 🙏🏽

There were a couple minor cleanliness issues when we first arrived but the host addressed it quickly and even refunded the cleaning fee, which I appreciated. Great location. Jake was very responsive. I had a minor issue with the internet that was quickly resolved. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos. Easy to check in and within walking distance of many restaurants, the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, and historic sites in the Old City.

The host is super nice. The home was nice as well and clean.

I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish—very responsive, kind, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can tell the host really cares about maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The location was quiet and peaceful, and I felt very safe during my entire stay. Parking wasn’t bad either—occasionally you may have to drive around the block briefly to find a spot, but it was never an issue. Overall, everything about my stay was comfortable and stress-free, and I would gladly stay here again.

I booked this last minute due to indecisiveness, but I'm so happy I chose this airbnb. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and peaceful. I felt like a writer that rented out a cabin to get away to finish a book lol. The only downside (which was out of Jake's control) was parking being a bit difficult due to minimal street parking and me having a tesla. The closet parking garage insurance don't cover teslas, so I had to uber to and from a further parking garage everyday. Overall, Jake was extremely helpful and I will be booking again, I'll just be driving my other car lol.

This place was so beautiful easy to find quiet and guess what you have a TV in your bedroom most Airbnb don't have TVs in the bedrooms.
